Annual Gynecological Examination

Pap Smear Test

Colposcopy

Magnified visualization of the cervix to detect and biopsy abnormal areas following an abnormal Pap or HPV result.

CIN 1–2–3 Lesions & LEEP Procedure

Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) using the LEEP technique, which safely removes abnormal tissue while preserving fertility.

Uterine and Endometrial Health

Transvaginal Ultrasound

High-resolution imaging of the uterus, ovaries, and endometrium for early detection of fibroids, cysts, or endometrial thickening.

Endometrial Biopsy & Therapeutic Curettage

  • Office Pipelle Biopsy: For diagnostic evaluation of hormonal or bleeding disorders.
  • Operative Curettage (D&C): Under general anesthesia, used for both diagnosis and treatment of polyps, hyperplasia, or abnormal bleeding.

Hysteroscopy (Endosee & Operative)

  • Office Endosee Hysteroscopy: Real-time visual inspection of the uterine cavity without anesthesia.
  • Operative Hysteroscopy: Therapeutic procedure under sedation for removal of polyps, fibroids, or adhesions.

Endometrial Hyperplasia

Early diagnosis and treatment of abnormal endometrial thickening to prevent malignancy. Includes hormonal therapy, curettage, or hysterectomy depending on patient’s fertility goals.

Structural and Hormonal Disorders

Uterine Fibroids (Myomas)

Diagnosis and management of fibroids using ultrasound, hysteroscopy, and minimally invasive myomectomy, with emphasis on fertility preservation.

Ovarian Cysts

Comprehensive management of functional and pathological cysts, including laparoscopic cystectomy for quick recovery and ovarian preservation.

Abnormal Uterine Bleeding & Menstrual Irregularities

Evaluation using ultrasound, hormonal analysis, biopsy, and hysteroscopy, followed by tailored hormonal or surgical management.

Pain and Infections

Pelvic Pain

Investigation of chronic or acute pelvic pain due to endometriosis, fibroids, adhesions, or infection through a multidisciplinary approach.

Vaginitis and Genital Infections
